BossBaitsNC was founded in 2021, right after I graduated from high school, driven by one simple passion—fishing. What started as a hobby of making custom baits in my garage quickly evolved into a full-blown mission: to create high-quality, handcrafted baits for anglers both locally and around the world.

 

Growing up, I spent every chance I could out on the water—tinkering with tackle, studying fish behavior, and learning what works when it comes to catching bass and other game fish. That love for the sport led me to start making my own soft plastics—testing, tweaking, and perfecting each design to give anglers the confidence they need when it matters most.
